Postal Credit/Debit Card Transactions

Are you thinking about making a postal application just because you want to pay by credit or debit card and don't feel comfortable sending your card information over the Internet?

In reality, an online transaction is probably more secure than transactions made by post (or fax or telephone), as the information transmitted online is strongly encrypted.  Indeed, when we receive postal credit/debit card applications we enter your card information into the same Internet based system as on this website, just as you would.

Furthermore, when you use the online systems, the vital information on your card (card number, expiry date, security code, etc) goes only to WorldPay, our credit/debit card service provider -- we never get to see it.  That means you don't have to worry about whether the information is secure with us, or if we shred it properly after use, or if it'll get intercepted in the post, or...

We therefore encourage you to use our online system for credit/debit card applications, if you can.  The postal forms are provided in case this isn't practical for you.
