Corporate Fundraising
If you work for a medium or large-sized business (or sometimes a specialist partnership) your employer may operate a ‘sustainability’, ‘corporate responsibility’ or ‘community investment strategy’. Call it what they may, these strategies often mean that your employer is willing to help you with your charitable and fundraising activities, as a sign of its support for you as its employee or the community at large.
This support can often take the form of matched-funding for any charitable fundraising activities you may carry out, corporate donations to charities of your choosing or the selection of your charity as a ‘charity of the year’, where all the company’s charitable efforts over a twelve month period are given to a particular charity.
If you are aware of any of these schemes and you would like to assist AidCamps International in becoming a beneficiary of the support offered by your employer then please let us know by contacting us on info@aidcamps.org
The assistance provided by a medium or large-sized company can often be substantial and can therefore make a tremendous difference to the help we can provide to the communities in which we operate.
