Corporate Volunteering
In addition to straightforward fundraising, some companies may also consider alternative ways of providing team building opportunities or rewarding staff by offering them ‘chance of a lifetime’ schemes, whereby a long-serving or outstanding employee is rewarded with the chance to participate in a volunteer opportunity.
Although not fundraising in the traditional sense, such activities allow AidCamps International to work alongside your employer to tailor-make a volunteer project that, though it still meets the needs of our partners and their communities, also provides a particular experience. As an example, you might want to strengthen a new team formed from a merger or acquisition, or you might want to improve the relationship between a number of departments, well instead of the traditional outward bound experience or Away Day, why not propose an AidCamp?
This is particularly relevant if your company has employees, clients or suppliers in the countries in which we operate as it shows that your company is concerned with the communities from which it might recruit its staff, sell its goods or procure its raw materials.
