Campaigns

If you want to really focus your fundraising activities on a specific issue or operate them in support of a longer term goal, such as supporting AidCamps International itself, you could seek donations from as wide an audience as possible by creating a campaign.

Several ex-volunteers have campaigned for projects that they were either involved with during their volunteer placement with AidCamps International, or have learned of since by keeping in touch with us through our website or via email updates.

These people have been so touched by what they have seen or read that they become passionate supporters of a particular initiative or group and raise funds specifically for them.

In addition, if you choose to support AidCamps International in this way, it enables us to continue to help our partners on an ongoing basis and, as the funds aren’t restricted to a given project, allows us to allocate money to where it is most needed, when it is most needed.  Using our long association with our partners and their communities to guide and target our support when and where it will have the greatest impact.

AidCamps International is happy to help these campaigns, be they to assist us or a specific school, orphanage or NGO, as we see this kind of long-term support as a legacy of the projects that we have provided and as a continuous reminder of the tangible difference that we and our volunteers have made through our combined efforts.

100% of all donations made to a campaign go specifically to that initiative. What’s more AidCamps International will cover the cost of any bank transfers to ensure that the beneficiaries get the maximum amount possible. (Please note, online donations by credit card will be subject to a credit card processing fee made by our service provider).
