Information Pack Macro

BookletThe Microsoft Word (.DOC) version of the Information Pack is designed to be printed as a folded booklet, although you can also view and print it normally.

To make printing it as a booklet easy, if you'd like it that way, the document contains a macro that prints out the pages two-up and in the right order; you then just fold and staple it.

Depending on the security settings on your computer, you may get a warning about this macro when you open the Information Pack, as some Word macros may in fact be viruses.  (Of course, this one isn't.)  Word may then give you the option to Enable or Disable macros.

If you just want to view and print the Information Pack normally, it doesn't matter which you choose, but it'll probably be simpler to choose Disable.

If you do want to print it as a folded booklet, you should Enable macros.  You may have to change the security settings in Word and/or specify that you trust AidCamps International in order to be able to do this; please see the Help in your version of Word for more information, if needed.

Once macros are enabled, on opening the Information Pack, you'll be given the option to print it as a booklet.
