Short Term Voluntary Aid Projects in the Developing World Private Group AidCampsGot a group of friends, family, and colleagues that would like to do something significant for international development together? Talk to us, we might well be able to organise and run a Private Group AidCamp for you! Our partners have an endless number of projects on their to-do lists that your group could fund and work on. Your Private Group AidCamp could mean that a community will get their development aid needs fulfilled sooner than if they'd had to wait to fit into our public AidCamp schedules. Alternatively, if your group has particular skills or interests and you already have in mind what kind of development aid you'd like to deliver, let us know and we'll talk to our partners and ask if there is a local need for what you are offering. A Private Group AidCamp can last from 10 days to 4 weeks, and can be customised to your requirements. If you choose to have a standard three week Group AidCamp, but solely for members of your group, then the registration fees and donations will be the same as for our public Group AidCamps, provided that there are at least 12 people in your group. If you have a smaller group, want to go for shorter or longer, spend more time staying in hotels, visit specific places, have air conditioned transport, or indeed request any other changes to the itinerary or aspects of your group's stay, let us know and we'll research it and give you a quote. On a Private Group AidCamp we will also try to tailor the afternoon visits and evening lectures to your group's interests. We can't promise we'll be able to take you to see everything and get you talks on anything you like, but if you let us know your wishes we'll certainly do what we can. Please note that for us to organise a Private Group AidCamp you need to Contact Us with a reasonably firm number of fellow volunteers at least one year in advance of when you'd like to go.
