Remembered Details

If you tick Remember my details on any of the forms where it appears then some of the details you enter will be remembered and used to pre-fill other forms on the website, making your life a little easier by saving you the typing. If you change any of the details on later forms then the updated details will be remembered and used from that point on.

Your details are encrypted and stored on our website and will be accessible to anyone using the same computer as you entered them on. So, you should not tick (or should untick) Remember my details if you are on a public or openly shared computer, as other people who come to our website from that computer will find forms pre-filled with your details, which you may not want them to know.

Your details will not be accessible from any other computer (even by you).

If you are on a shared computer where you know the other users (e.g. a family computer), then you can tick Remember my details and should advise the others to declare that they are not you, if they also come to our website. A link will appear on each form page allowing them to do this.

The same link allows you to change whose remembered details are used, if more than one person applies for an AidCamp from the same computer, and also to tell our website to forget your remembered details.
