GSS Buh Handover Ceremony with AkzoNobel

The 14 volunteers from global paints and coatings giant AkzoNobel have reached the end of their project ... and what a project!

The Group and their supporters managed to raise a staggering £60,000 to repair and improve the dilapidated Government Secondary School Buh in the North West Province of Cameroon, with surplus funds being allocated to Ta-Mbveh Primary School.

We are eagerly awaiting a full report from our co-ordinator Bill Edgar and the volunteers themselves, however I thought you'd like to see the photo's we've received from Bill while he was waiting with the Group in Limbe, prior to their transfer for the flight home from Cameroon to the UK.

their very own ... Dulux paint!

The Group meet just some of their well-wishers in the village!

I'll post a further update as soon as I hear more!

A huge 'thank you' and 'congratulations' to all involved!

Cheers

Steve
